Lol... they came in with way too big a footprint, a tow truck just sitting there for 2 minutes and another car scouting the parking lot. That repo would have been easy to stop, just block the green truck in, make some noise until people come out and a crowd gathers. No doubt that fat guy in the pink shirt would have tried to act all tough, but these assholes are all talk. You have to stand up to them.

I stopped a repo a few months ago and the thief got out of his truck and yelled "PAY YER BILLS!!!!" lol, it was so funny.
....Paying your bills would be a good start...you do not own the car unless you have that title...the bank that LOANS you the money has every right to recoup their losses after months of non-payment (and I bet most do not even contact the lender or outright avoid them). Banks should have every right to repo cars if they can't get thier money back, that is what is wrong with this country...everybody expects everything to be handed to them with no responsibility.

eh...you are using the "greedy corporations" concept in the wrong context. The bank LOANS a customer money to purchase a vehicle on a condition that the customer PAY THE BANK BACK it's money to the terms of the contract...that said person does not abide by the contract and does not REPAY the bank, the bank is out that money...the bank has a right to recoup it's losses (per the contract that the customer agreed to). That is not stealing...in fact they are loosing money.
(part 2): It is sad to see good people loose their vehicles (as I said before many banks will work with them if possible)...but the more money banks loose money on bad loans tehy can't recoup becuase they can't reposses a vehicle....means that me and you will have to pay them more money to get a loan...it is just like shoplifting from wal-mart...wal-mart will only raise it's prices to cover it's losses and we will be the ones that suffer.
