  • Should I be working on homework ect..... or should I be closing my eyes, for it to work.

    I'm new to binaural beats.

  • @LiberalCitizen20 The tracks that are in teh SMR focus range are great with eyes open while studding. It is the Theta & Delta tracks are best done with eyes closed. Even low Alpha can be good with eyes closed. The high Alpha & low Beta SMR range is great for study as it allows for focus with no stress. After study & small amount of Theta meditation can be great for the consolidation of short to long term memory. All the best with your homework.

  • can someone tell me what SMR stands for?

  • @Shr3dMast3r SMR = Sensory Motor Rhythm. The SMR focus range is betwene 12 Hz to 14 Hz. It a state the body & mind can sustain good focus & physical skills without any stress. Some confusion is out there with the SMR range saying it's basically the whole Alpha range, but it's not. Alpha improves focus long term. Low Alpha initially induces strong relaxation & sometimes sleep. The SMR Alpha & low Beta range isa safe unique border & this is good for all, including stressed people.

  • is this suppose to do something to you, because i feel the same!

  • HOORAY

  • I wish this song was 8 hours long

  • That waz awesome .. blew my freakin mind

  • this took me somewhere ive never been

  • I always see really nright white light when get deep into a mediation lol its cool though. I love this kind of music. Perfect. I would love to hear more.

  • Is this healthy? :/

  • @IMissYouu221 Completely, Effects only are temporary and don't damage you physically or mentally in any way. Do some research in binaural-beats. It will clear any misunderstanding, also youtube videos are not the greatest source for the stongest doses (binaural-beats)

  • THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL..TY4Sharing...

  • This was amazing. Laid down on my couch, put a warm blanket over my face and just relaxed. About five minutes in I started feeling the effects. I saw white outlines of faces, felt more aware and awake, and felt a comforting pulse in my head. But then I heard the front door open so I stopped. I felt so aware and relaxed at the same time after getting off of it (only lasted about 10min). I will make sure to listen to the whole thing next time. Great experience. Only bad side effects were that aft

  • @Amazing1h after what?

  • Thank you.

  • Thank you.

  • This is beautiful. I want this tune like so bad.

  • What would happen if you would listen to differents beats in order from High Alpha to Delta? Like High Alpha to Alpha to Low Alpha to Theta to Delta?

  • this does not work for me. to focus. its better to use normal alpha...My opinion, this one makes me wonder, and trip about lots of stuff :D thnx

  • How loud do binaural beats need to be to be effective?

  • @lolPantsProductions The volume should always be soft to medium, your hearing is valuable asset. It's the stereo that is vital along with the headphones & you may need a longer listening duration.

  • Even if it don't help pp it's still got a groovy beat to head bib to =D

  • Good stuff. Is there a sample in there from the 'zeitgeist' movie theme by the way?

  • @NiKOliDANBURSKi No there is no sample form the Zeitgeist move but I have watched & enjoined them.

  • @illumeinessence Happy New Year! Peace and unconditional love to you all! X

  • Marvelous !

  • Another wonderful composition! Thanks ladies.

  • THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL! Can't wait to make love to my girl with that on the playlist. :) Thanks for sharing!

  • Hey Jandy, love all your work in your different guises. Interesting you are using the tetrahedron as the focal point. 1/2 the tetragrammaton, the whole form strangely has been in my focus since New Year and lead me to your binaural beats amongst others and a whole new philosophical view including the theories of Nassim Haramein and others. Thanks for your beautiful work.

    Peace be with you.

  • @Tel750 Thank you for sharing a little of your journey with me & also for your lovely feedback.

Love, peace & you to you & all around you :-)

  • @illumeinessence Entrainment of brainwaves with binaural beats is not always instant. In reality it's more about learning over time. The process is faster & often can be felt instantly. Focus is a more complex issue for for several reasons & it's actually needs a combination of approaches. SMR Alpha wave are just 1 of 3 things that are best to be in place. But I can understand why this track could make you journey, this is for initial stimulation & to be followed by something simple later.

  • thats fucking awesome!
