i left a comment in season1 earlier. Pls Never sit down for your audition. I know it may be to do with insecurities but its holding you back. sitting down for an audition is like saying you dont really want it. You look beautiful but you are trying to hard to look the part rather than "be" the part.amazing voice as usual its just the lack of emotion.

I'm totally open to it, as long as it makes sense and is relevant to my situation. In fact, i usually thank people who truly provide constructive critiques.

honestly, i don't think 'The Voice' is the right show for you. it seems to harp on "weird" voices or oddballs in the vocal world. you have a very clean, classic powerhouse voice. you'd be too good for the cast and an obvious favorite. stick to what you're doing! you're fab.

Vanessa, this is amazing. You have a great voice and it's really nice to see you go back for the second season after not making it the first time. You're a great singer, and not many people can make a great cover of this song. You, can. Honestly. Adam Levine also has a cover of this song with Maroon 5 as well and theirs, along with yours, are in my opinion, the only good ones.

I also have auditioned for the second season, so maybe we'll both make it!

It's kind of like your always riffing or as if your voice is shaky

it's a looks competition; your image needs to be left completely anonymous until it comes time for the real judges to come by for it to be considerably fair.  the first processes of the audition, based on what you're saying, look so contradictory to what everyone is made to believe about the voice. you're an amazing singer, and at this point i think you'd do much better job writing your own material and having your name put out. these talent shows are all superficial.

Take Tyler Robinson, the red headed guy who sang his ASS off. He didnt look like he sounded like that but when he sang, he captivated based on his appearance and his voice!

It amazes me how effortless it is for you to hit those notes and Jesus you definitely got my attention after you did those two pretty long riffs/vocal runs at the end, the one with "you" and "baby". You hit the notes in the riff with flawless clarity and agility it's unbelievable. Since you've got Mariah's melisma pretty much down, you should taking more risks by making the songs unique to you, adding a little trill or riff here and there :) Just a suggestion.
