I use a tea towel. I soak it in steriliser then wash it off with clean cold water so its ready for use. Very good advice here in this video.

i used two towels instead and it worked fine. i just need to know if a plastic 1 gallon jug would suffice seeing as i cant find glass jugs anywere.

I just made wine for the first time using the milk jug and baloon trick. The first batch turned out perfect, the second one I forgot to poke the holes in the balloon, the balloon popped off and the juice got everywhere

It sucked,just thought I'd share
