Sure some of their ideals seemed respectable up until the point where Hitler brainwashed the German youth with propaganda to fulfill his personal agenda. As for Hitler, his early reliance on his staff worked well for him along with the advantage of first strikes and broken truces. The countries he initially invaded were much weaker. Then he gets cocky and attacks Russia under a truce. Then it was just a matter of time before he got squashed. He was an adequate tactician at best.

Germany and Russia made the pact along with Japan first to attack Poland, then France decided to jump in because France and Poland were allies along with Britain.. Germany took on Britain and bombed the shit out of it while taking over France in a week while taking on Russia only half-force.. You tell me if Germany vs Russia full force would be a problem

Germany had been suppressed by the Jews for to long and decided they wanted real change. The Jews were to blame for WW1 in Germany.. In WW2 Germany attacked and crushed France because Hitler blamed France for their lost in the world, Also note.. Hitler built his great Reich into a super-power in 4 years... To your understanding I know the "reasons" for Hitler pretty well, I know why and how, but does this make it any better than what the US tried to do with the Natives (aka Gypsies)... try to read H.F. Perkins "Eugenic Aspects", 1931... sterilization first favored in the US (Vermont) now what again did Hitler do? He added some ideas and his promises? Not really.

@mysti76, How can you compare Hitler's reason's for war with what happend to the Native Americans? 1.) Hitler invaded France partly to gain revenge for Germany's defeat in World War I and also because he knew that Britain and France would try to stop him from his aim of conquering vast territories in Eastern Europe. 2.) Hitler didn't just make cheap promises and decide to cloak them in propaganda. (Even though Nazi Germany were the master's of propaganda) Hitler made promises and acted on them..

@nick4200 , the difference is that the Nazis of WWII were backed by a political party which eventually controlled the country. Sure some of their ideals seemed respectable up until the point where Hitler brainwashed the German youth with propaganda to fulfill his personal agenda. It wasn't until well after the war when they discovered that Hitler even covered up his Austrian heritage. And what a horrible tactician he was! Two fronts? Brilliant!

@jambiiii00 , so did the Japanese in the Pacific theater but their constant miscalculations and underestimating cost them an ultimate victory. As for Hitler, his early reliance on his staff worked well for him along with the advantage of first strikes and broken truces. The countries he initially invaded were much weaker. Then he gets cocky and attacks Russia under a truce. Then it was just a matter of time before he got squashed. He was an adequate tactician at best.

2) More than one frontline at once. 3) America was attacked too early by the Japanese. Till then America was depley divided. 4) Too expensive Weapons. Even if a tank can match ten other the elventh will still win. 5) The tanks were on the wrong place at D-Day. 6) Last but not least: The ideology just sucks!
