It doesn't look like there is a trampoline there to me, and even if there was he still has perfect form and a lot of muscle. So I wouldn't doubt that he could do that many without a trampoline. But like i said it doesn't even look like there's one there. So stfu

Obviously you're not aware what a pull up is. If he had gone further upward than his head would have been parallel with the bar. It then would be considered a chin up because a chin up requires that. A pull up completes below the bar.

I do about 400 pullups a week as a climber. Fast pullups work explosive power--like running 40s if you are a sprinter. Slower pullups work endurance and power endurance. Both are important and will work your muscles differently. Slow pullups are much harder b/c you are engaging your muscles for a longer period in my opinion

yeah everyone commenting on the fact that hes doing it fast ... I'd suggest the same, but this guy is clearly not a beginner,
cause you know changing tempo (going faster / slower) is another good way to spice up a workout
like sometimes if you hit a plateau then maybe just changing the tempo could get you over it ;)
but if your a beginner, then don't go as fast as this guy is, cause you mite get hurt if your not using correct form ( not doing the movement right )

Both are important and will work your muscles differently. Slow pullups are much harder b/c you are engaging your muscles for a longer period in my opinion
