  • This is accurate the experiencing of this illusion and seeing that all there is is this the story falls away. Awareness is the watcher of thought. Life is living you.

    Life is eternal.

  • Fantastic Although I felt like this since i wokened up around gr 7 when i knew something was wrong and just dealt with it. Your ego is what drives you crazy , your thoughts are what torment you , Just be FREE of your ego and mind and start looking into your spiritual side because we are all connected spiritually and we will all experience each other in the afterlife in my opinion.

  • Consider your thoughts to be a kind of reflection. Not reality but an image of what is, transformed and returned subtly altered.

Thoughts take us out of the moment and interfere with our natural, vital processes. We are given the ability to speak and to express our actual nature yet so many persist in blocking this and remaining stuck in an illusory existence of thoughts and feelings that have little or nothing good to do with getting on with life.

Living is about being, doing and expressing.

  • he speaks as a buddhist!! Real truth x

  • Interesting, never thought religious people had something of value to say but this guy is very articulate.

  • I somehow like it,... but don´t we kind of look down on people who don´t think all the time?? ...???

  • Many valid points. Many higher ideas. But, breaking habitual thinking is a "s.o.b."

He is right, begin by watching your thoughts. You'll see what you are in the flesh.

  • well explained, but it's extremely difficult to purge yourself of the mental habits that trigger automatic emotional reactions, trapping your conciousness in a rut that leads to a miseable existence. being a vigilant witness without attaching yourself to the event that is taking place is a treacherous undertaking of a lifetime.

  • the thing is that stillness, as much as i enjoy it, makes me dysfunctional in society. the thing is that everyone out there is crazy and running around. and so, if you just sit down and let everyone step all over you things just get worse and worse. if you let them take things from you, they will continue to take things from you until you have nothing left to give. if you let them trample you, they will trample you until there is nothing left to trample. so, you sit and watch your thoughts, then

  • Based on the premise of your comment, you are awakened. As long as you remember you are the witness or observer, and can observe your thoughts, ideas, judgments and prejudices, you will realize that you are simply the awareness. You can develop your awareness through meditation practice.

  • @Rusty0555

thanks rusty, I have been meditating for like 20 years or something. the challenge is synching up meditating life with walking around life. and not appearing to be a zombie. nothing against zombies, you understand, just don't want to be one. the hard part is taking hits while living in society, while not losing your center.

  • Yeh satanrocks668, I really understand where you are coming from. I come to certain Epiphanies on life.. But the hard part is implementing them into my life as it is now. I find it hard to say implement my ideas into everyday life. I guess as they say its one thing to talk to the talk and its another to walk the walk.

  • the american percievness of life - remeber at all times to wake up in the morning so u can make lots of money forget about spirtuality and morals and behave as silly as u can and wait for some more american dump asses to realize sopme truth u just "came up with" or to be axact - made up with... and dont forget ur obligation to life - praise and thank the lord for making u so rich and smart and at thre smae time ignorant and careless to what are realy.

  • I really like the way you pointing direct to the mind and non-dual awareness concept .I'd love to see more of your videos.I practice Zen buddhism myself and I have to say you are awakening others and helping them to live peacefully,I thank you and hoping to see more of your teachings.
