@onebadscrivener (uh is that an @ reply? odd to find it here on youtube) The broth is usually served hot. It's a popular breakfast dish. I took a 6 hour bus ride in Cambodia & ordered this at one of the bus stops for lunch where it was served warm. Have you been to Chez Sovan Express? Perhaps they make it. There's a restaurant here in Long Beach who will make it for me even though it's not on the menu.
