@arubian06 I'm not sure abuot your questiong ,becuase in Thai we have some word same sound but difference meaning

Takrut maybe "ตะกรุด" It mean Holy thing Consecrate by magic or Budhit's power ancian worrier use it in fight or war

if your Takrut is "ตาครุฑ" It mean Eyes of Krut (Mythical creatures,holy creatures,Gods's Animal transport)

but both not relation with Muay ,in Muay have "ตานกแก้ว" Tanokkaew it mean Eye of parrot we use call Knuckle of fist use it to hit or punch
