They tell you that she is in the comfort zone and you should start building some attraction very slowly until she is really getting attracted to you. At that point you should put her in the Friend-zone and just when the iron is hot, you should seal the deal. But I used the exact opposite method to get in a relationship with my friend and were 1 month until our first anniversary. Being different - that's somewhat ok. You can't be shy and you can't be overtalkative either. In order to be with someone that you want, you should show your best qualities that a girl wants and hope she has the same for you.
