All it takes is a simple google so you don;t look like an ass...FYI I'm pretty sure he had permission from Star Wars since he is currently working on Star Wars clone wars the television series.

These guys aren't 501st, Vader's Fist. These are the local guys. It's pretty much canon in the SWEU that the later stormtroopers are primarily recruits and/or conscripts rather than clones, due to the Imperial forces being spread out to maintain law and order throughout an entire galaxy; the cloners on Kamino couldn't fill the post-Clone Wars orders fast enough.
