  • That's a better way to think about changing a habit rather than the 21-30 method! I think people will respond a lot better to this perspective. I agree 100% and will try it for myself!

  • @36burrows This is very true, We derive pleasure from Addictive old habits, but to stop them we have to find a healthy habit that gives us more pleasure. ie - I wanna be free from watching tv,dramas,news .So i have to develop the habit of deriving happiness from meditation and studying. gr8 vid
