No offense intended, but I find it kind of funny that you think artists get copywrite on SONG names. You can copywrite a BAND name and the CONTENT of the songs, but it isn't like a song name can only be used once.
Plus, Nirvana's song is a lot different that THIS song, so it's NOT copywrite of her, because the CONTENT is different.

Now this is no offence to the creator of the video, but Nirvana wrote a song called About a Girl in 1989 way before "The Acadamy Is" or this band.
If anyone is getting the copyright it should be Nirvana.
