Throwing shoes at someone is synonymous with assaulting them. And of course, physically hurting anybody is an obvious crime what deserves punishment. "Cursing" is, however, another thing: simply because of the freedom of speech that all of you people always boast about, you can't torture nor put anybody in jail because of the fact that they only want to speak their mind.

Be it slander or truth, the opinions that they want to put over can't be said to do any harm to humanity even if they are baseless and deceiving, because most humans themselves are rational enough to know what to think of them as long as they are taught to think freely. In short, all opinions are constructive. When you so-called communists think otherwise, as to throttle at once any dissidents, who may be supposed to go against your own wills, as if your Marxist ideas are sacred and impeachable.
