Cambridgeshire Constabulary conducting speed check

Wish everyone here would just understand that police are trying to help prevent and educate to reduce the 30000 injuries and 3000 road deaths a year. I dont know about you goons, but thats more numbers than most other crimes.... Any constable with the training can use a speed gun.

Finally. To conduct these checks, can be done without obstruction to the carriageway. A bus stop is not a summary offence, its a civil matter. These police can park there if conducting speed checks.

look i hate boy racers and speeding reps as much as anyone else i would personally hang those who drive like this around schools / built up areas but speed bumps, traffic calming and speed cameras with their robo cop buddies have worn my patience thin .concentrate on real criminals please i have never had a ticket even with 50000 miles per year .The uk is more orwellian every year maybe as the apostle paul said the law doesnt make us better drivers it merely tells us were never good enough!

notice they are parked illegally in a bus stop..police still have to go by the highways rules just like everyone else..hope u reported them

cops isnt it time they got off our backs after all we all pay theyre wages ie not the jobless druggy scum boy racer types that have no tax no insurance and drive at 50 around scchools etc give us a break robo cop stop preying on the easy touch and get jiggy with burglars druggies and other lawless immigrants

tbh, these people are doing the right thing, 2 of my best friends were killed on that road so i'm glad that our underfunded area is actually putting money towards a good cause
