I heard that Captain Christopher Pike will be part of the story. Sadly that William Shatner won't be in it as older Kirk. I'm really starting despised of J.J. Abrams taking over Star Trek. Rod Roddenberry or Manny Coto or someone else that have a lot experience with Star Trek should continue the franchise not this outsider, J.J. Abrams that never have done a Star Trek production with Gene Roddenberry, Rick Berman, Michael Piller, Jeri Taylor, or Brannon Braga.

I was VERY afraid when I first heard that JJ and the boys were going to recast the original series characters. However, based on their choice for Spock, I think it's going to be a winner. Zachary Quinto is dead on and looks just like a young Leonard Nimoy! I can't wait to see this film next year!
