@Eggtastic Your an idiot. Manual steering or "no power steering" is just as easy to drive once your moving as power steering, especially at his speeds. Also, with no power steering you have a better feel for the road and how the car is reacting. I wouldn't be the least suprised if this 86 has a power steering delete.

If you have a car, you honestly most likely do not need to worry about flipping unless you put it in a ditch, thats pretty much your only concern. I used to do 90 degree ebrake turns "drifts" in my 1st Gen Rav4. Probably stupid, but never once felt like I was going to role it. You don't have anything to worry about.

@Theblackandwhitelife You do it when coming out of the corner. Cuz second gear isnt enough. And if you stay in second coming out of a corner and gradually straighten up, there's a chance you could fishtail. This is less likely in 3rd gear. Also being in a higher gear coming out of the corner won't damage the engine as badly because you wouldn't be in as high a revvs. :) Hope that helped.

I takes a shit load of courage and experience to do this level of power/inertia drifting. Even though there are necessary procedures for safety~(roll cage, 5 point harness, highly supported frame, etc) you can still die from the impact. I can only do 30-45 mph touge drifts in my 1988 Mazda RX7...let me tell you, that 40mph drifting is pretty F!@#ing scary. This guy is really good, I hope I can get to that level. ~:D
