  • Alright there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker got really defined Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

  • I know I have a six pack under this fat. I just need to tap into it.

  • How does this translate to my treadmill? 3.8 mph on a 3.5 incline? Distance is 2 miles.

  • now i understand why sex could also be the best exercise! :]

  • you need to go back to school that applied just for physics and material mechanic science for abs nothing works what ever you better than to burn fat and set up just to make ur abs stronger you totally wrong

  • you need to go back to school that applied just for physics and material mechanic science for abs nothing works what ever you better than to burn fat and set up just to make ur abs stronger

  • Thanks dude :D

  • Very nice ,good job, nice study...we will need more people like you in future. Thanks

  • I saw a....large guy in the gym doing sit ups talking to his larger friend saying how these sit ups are helping him lose weight. Then after the gym he was at the snack machine, pretty much a lost cause.

I just wanted to scream at him "GET ON THE FUCKING TREADMILL"

  • doing them everyday, would it be possible to get a visible 6 pack in less than 3 months? (im 5'11 and 150lbs)

  • how many reps of clean press should i do with 20 pounds?? thanks you

  • @Iwreckallyotes

TRy to see how many reps you can do in 1 set, then approximate how many you think you could do in roughly 3 sets, spaced with either 30s or 1m time breaks.

  • I'm 12 what do u think I should do for a full body workout?(without lifting weights) I will subscribe if u reply

  • @ipodapps1178 well you could run and do a bunch of wht i call "body movement". like jump ropes, box jumps, push ups, high knees, and stuff where the only weight you use is your own body weight.

  • Sadly, more work (or calories burn) does not mean more fat loss. Fat breakdown requires fat mobilization during ATP synthesis. Only way to mobilize fat cells is to exercise longer because fat cells takes time to get mobilized. Before fat cells get broken down, your body is going to use glucose, so If you only do muscle workout, your body is likely to use glucose rather than fat. Running for about 20~40 minute would be a great way to lose fat. Btw avoid eating too much sugar + fat.... =D

  • but i was taught muscle burns through fat u know burning calories and what not and crunches focuses on stomach where the calories are being burned from the muscles in use so how can situps not burn belly fat

  • wtf is this guy talking about, just show the workout

  • Bada bing bada boom:D

  • Great info

  • you can't do that kind of calculus. force must be in newtons, so weight u havemust be in kilos and distance in meters... you haven't made the proper conversion... in fact your body burns much more energy than that that you have calculated...

    thanks anyway

    portugal

  • Thanks! Good info!

  • Why do u know so much ? n how you analysis these things?

  • Is there any other fullbody excercises besides the clean and press that are really effective?

  • deadlift and squat

  • so if sit ups suck how am i supposed to get strong abs?

  • @snowww321 man, people just need to listen. never does he talk about getting strong abs. everyone gets confused fat burn, with ab training. if you want to burn fat, you spend more energy, thus burning more fat. if you want "strong abs" then you do isolation training on your abs. crunches, sittups, leg raises, row sits, ceiling touches, plank, twisting sittups, bicycles. or anything else that actually directly forces you to use your abs.

  • Belly "fat" loss. Key word here is fat. How do you reduce fat?...burn calories!

What if I wanted to get "stronger" in my abdominal area???

  • Then do "ab/core" specific exercises to get stronger. Just remember that they won't help you lose fat in that area.

  • wow, you're brilliant too!!!! not just knowing about exercising...COOL, now that makes total sense to me :) (science person) did you get my message???

  • a very convincing explanation :) thanks, Yuri!

  • What about isometrics? You are in a fixed position, but you are certainly working just as hard.

  • Multi joint, high intensity, vigorous movement, religiously. w/ some yoga. I love it!!!

  • Oversimplification. Variety is important. More smaller range of motion exercises can amount to the same or more work. Intensity of exertion is another factor. Some small range of motion exercises take a lot of exertion.

  • No, if he had said "FULL BODY IS BETTER LOL" then it would be oversimplification. This video really doesn't need to be any more complicated.
