  • Computer voice is an insult, redo with a human. Thanks.

  • Sorry I didn't reply. But for me.....no it didn't work. I ended up eating 6lbs of cherries. Not to say it won't work for you.

The only thing that help me was ibuprofen. Had me walking in 3 days. My ankle is still very tight and I don't have full movement back yet.

  • Well guys I've been under an attack 3 days. I told my wife I was going to go through it without meds. Starting yesterday I've consumed around 2lbs of bananas. About an hour ago I drank a fruit smoothie with 2 mangos, 50 cherries, and 1 Apple in it. I also drank 16oz of water with 2tbs of (ACV) and have eaten a hand full or two of dried cherries and blueberries.

Lol ill tell you guys how it works in the morning. By the way I'm 26yr male and have gout in left ankle for over 2 years.

  • @bdix1985 Did it work bro?

  • Bullshit! I lived in a cherry orchard and ate them all the time...it did NOTHING for my gout!

  • I tried cherry juice, steriod shots, and even elimiating all meat and dairy from my diet. None of these things worked. About 6 months ago I started taking a green drink called "Perfect Food" made by Garden of Life. I take one scoop with about 8oz of water every morning and ever since I've been doing this, I haven't had even the remotest sign of gout. I don't get any compensation from these guys for this stuff. All I know is I used to have TERRIBLE gout and now I don't at all.

  • Drinking 100% cherry juice, 2 "gulps" twice a day, worked for me. Started drinking it during an attack, didn't make it go away, but did prevent future flare-ups. I lost some weight and I've been gout and cherry juice free for about 2 years... I don't miss that pain.

  • Thats never worked for me. I ate them like crazy during an attack and it didnt do anything, so it depends on the person.

  • Thats fuking great!!!! tank you

    behold the delicius cure =)

  • and chicks dig cherries too.

  • Why do you have to sexualize it?

  • Yep.....the cherries work. I ate 50 cherries, and noticed a difference in 4 hours, and over several days my toe was fine. I had a hunch that soaking the toe in hot epson salts would be good......and that too helped alot. I just found out that a gout website reccommends soaking in hot water to break up those uric acid crystals. What sucks is that the medical websites dont discuss natural remedies....they just say see a doc and get drugs.

  • @crazeyspivey: There is also a complete naturopathic approach for this condition.

  • @4chango Please elaborate about the naturopathic approach. Thanks.

  • @crazeyspivey: I placed the naturopathic list to reverse it on my channel, I will leave it posted for a few days.

  • I've been drinking cherry juice and eating the fresh ones for about 3 months. Here's the verdict - it works!

  • at 2:37, the girl is holding a bunch of radish not cherries :-)

  • Avoid asparagus, mochi, sticky / glutenous rice, and mushrooms those are the worst triggers for my gout. Eat cherries or drink cherry juice for a quick fix. Other berries such as blueberries will also help.

  • what's the song in this vid called??

  • New research? Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin wrote about the benefits of cherries for gout sufferers in 1825.

  • Try Cherryflex it works

  • cherry active is great for gout
