Hey, I'm half-vegetarian, meaning I eat meat whenever I feel like it, which isn't right often... Thanks for your advice, however, I don't follow these so-called diets. People from all over the world have different bodies & therefore different needs - something a lot of people forget, which depresses them when they can't look a certain way (evolution never made a perfect beautiful being!)
