Most surely in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and the day, and the ships that run in the sea with that which profits men, and the water that Allah sends down from the cloud, then gives life with it to the earth after its death and spreads in it all (kinds of) animals, and the changing of the winds and the clouds made subservient between the heaven and the earth, there are signs for a people who understand.

@Viktir666- You don't have to use derogatory terms to be racist or prejudice, you suggesting automatically that the internet smilie, which almost every internet user identifies, as an Asian just proves that you assume all Asians have small lines of eyes thus being ignorant of the diversity Asia has. You stereotypically think all Asians look like that. That is racism. That expression was created by English speaking ppl&used by companies like MSN.
Awesome video guys! I think the one of bin Laden being caught and the photo with the president looking on, with Hillary Clinton with her hand over her mouth, really stands out for me, because of how long that operation was ( or should have been had the goal of getting bin Laden been #1 priority since 9/11 ) but the most shocking? I'd have to say the tsunami in Japan, because we won't know what effects from leaking radiation, may have caused for another 20-25 yrs. I feel bad for those people.
I think the rebel holding Colonel Gaddafi's gun is by far the most powerful. There is no better summarizing image of the dynamic seize of power in Libya than that, a genuine symbol that the tables have well and truly turned.
Understandably some people may like the Tahrir Square image because it sends a message of hope but the Kenyan Baby sends a much stronger message of injustice in the world as a whole that people often ignore !
@Viktir666 who said they were Christians. u cant prove that!!
in islam if there was a danger for people to pray then some of them should protect while the others pray, then after they finish praying they exchange roles. myabe some of them r Christians. but not all of them.
and to answer your question, yes muslims would protect Christians and they actually did in several occasions in that revolution. the entire Egyptian people protected each other regardless of the religion.
@KpopManiacSFL I only speak and write in English, I don't conform to a little kid's idea of what is cool or trendy on the internet. Do you respect English? By the way, I'm not racist, I said "Asian", not "gook" or "chink". Reading comprehension is important, learn it.
I don't know why anybody thinks #7 is compelling, One nonsense Sect protecting another nonsense sect who months later the Muslims went and killed some Christians. WTF? Go back to the Crusades and non stop Religious war, now we have Israel threatening WW3 with Iran.
Me, I'm sick of Religion and all the needless baggage that brings humanity down, War, Ignorance, Intolerance.....Religion, the world would be a much better place without it.
It's a tie between Christians protecting Muslims, though as an agnostic non theist, i would have done the same, and sitting protesters getting maced (clearly resisting arrest...).
@Puabond please explain me the agnostic non theist. i realy would like to know what stands for. Is it the same as nontheism. i am realy confused. thanks.
@eggnchip Actually a theist can be religious or not. ... Gnosticism pertains to knowledge, Theism = belief. Gnostic Atheist, I know there is no god. Agnostic Atheist, I have no reason to believe in a god. Agnostic Theist. I believe in a god, but admit it's unknowable. Gnostic Theist, there is a god, and I'm 100% sure of it.
@roycee24 Ah, good point. Far clearer than what i said. I read up on the definitions after i wrote that comment and came across something saying essentially the same as you(freethinker.co.uk). I shouldn't have mentioned religious beliefs. Thanks for the correction.
@hdfailure Agnostic is a qualifier true to either a theist or non theist, simply acknowledging that we cannot know, the following word theist, or non theist, the preference of belief or not.
I really like #4. I like how the mainstream press called it once: "If this picture isn't undeniable proof that Osama Bin Laden is dead, nothing is."

@hdfailure Agnostic Theist = Believes a God is likely to exist but doesn't follow any religious belief system.
Agnostic Atheist/Non Theist = Believes it is unlikely God exists due to a lack of evidence. Gods existence is unknowable.
Think I got that right.
