I like how all the sub-preferring listeners trash Wendee Lee's performance, while all the dub-preferring listeners don't say shit about the original actress. In truth both versions are very good. Both of them put on splendid performances and were respectful to the series. What I dislike is people calling something trash or crap because of their own preference. Just because it doesn't conform to what you consider "good" doesn't mean that it isn't. Everyone has their opinion and is entitled to it.

Yes... I was *actually* aware that it's Wendee Lee. Maybe she is a good voice actor, but I believe that Aya Hirano does this song MUCH better. It may be in a different language, too, but english dubs are never as good anyway, in my opinion. It's good that you are defending your opinion, though.
