I think the writer invites us in a higher state through music to a "loving dimension" and become starchild.

"love" and "loving dimension" I believe is the word that express the feeling about rave music and happy hardcore tunes like that.

Now looking this vid which is from a Disney movie you can imagine that starchild is the spirit of nature :) (an Alternative story)
