Beautiful work, great choreography. This is a beautiful and unique costume as well-in a world where belly dance costumes can start to look all the same. I love that you have a chain going under the skirt's bustle.

I am looking for a good costume seamstress if you can recommend one?

@ssopasa Unfortunately this was unique pieces brought together, but its not a bustle but an oriental silk fabric petal skirt that is tucked to replicable the effect :) You can buy these off ebay, enjoy.
