all this bunkasai stuff is so cool. my school had one I think but I heard like two days AFTER it had been that we actually had gotten one! it seems everyone either feared to tell me (i'm so scary, buuu!) or just thought I don't wanna get involved into that. (which is so WRROOONNG, because I wanted so so so badly to experience it). it was on saturday so I totally missed the whole thing.

btw I'm from the same orientation camp in Tokyo as you are!

Do you need to have an invitation to enter the festival or is it open to the public? Just wonderin cuz ill be in japan for an extended period of time soon and attending a school festival is most def. on my things to do list

Sorry, you can only go if you know someone there. You have to be invited, or a student of the school.

@TheMiddleman153 kat's right here, but when my school had there festival there was people watching from outside that fence (our sports feilds down quite low from the road) they woulda had a good veiw too. I suppose if you really wanted to you could watch from outside. But I don't know if other shcools would have the same veiwing abilities.
