If this was your first time you did a good looking job for a novice... but I wouldn't dare warranty a job like that! I certainly hope you put some kind of moisture barrier behind the concrete board... it is concrete board (WonderBoard? Durock?) If you had covered the wall with redgard or latticrete then you'd have a waterproof wall. An even better product would have been to use Kerdi membrane right on drywall.
Let this be a lesson to all your DIY'rs you never to use regular sheetrock in a show/tube at all if you want to prevent mold, you are suppose use either concrete backaboard or waterproof it with some type of mold resistance product dumbasss.
