There are no real set ups for it, its basically a poke. Because its one of his best pokes and if it touches anything it will cancel into hands. So pretty much, use it for poking and punishing your opponent.
dam the only way i can land it consistently is by dashing and buffering the input into the dash but i get hit with fireballs when i dash in i guess i need faster fingers

for me this is real hard to do, how long did it take u b4 u could do it consistently? also im going to invest in sanwa buttons urs sound so crisp i could imagine how easy they press my hori buttons u gotta really press them makes it hard to do it as fast as u do and not get EX hands again good shit
It took around a week or two. Just sittin around bored at work or driving, I would just do the finger movements whenever I'd think about it...I get it way more often than I did back when I made this vid. Peep Jibbo's method too, it took me a while but it's DEFINITELY worth it!!!

Not true. Its best to practice on Ryu. Hes one of THE toughest characters to link this on. Sooo, you do it on him...everyone else is cake! lol
