  • I love this video.. It is hard and intense but the way he instructs helped me a lot.. little by little I would get more and more flexible and my body was shaping in the way I wanted it too. Unfortunately when I moved a couple of months ago, I miss placed the video and now I can't seem to find it anywhere

  • hi everyone. ive done this video 3 times now. its still work for me because im not very flexible but hey., ive lost 5 lbs already when i combined with Biggest loser Bootcamp. The first time ever., i've lost an inch off my thighs! didnt think it was possible. the countdown begins to losing thunder thighs! thanks bob!

  • i did this for the first time. Ive NEVER done yoga before. It was intense but i loved it. Im so sore after doing this. I sweated a lot and my wrists and arms were on fire. Bob is good looking, helpful, cheery and a wonderful instructor. Good job!

  • We had to do the whole video in PE it was fun but HARD. I had to remember to breathe right! I wanted to pant but Ms.Gese made sure we didn't!!! She is my favorite teacher XD

  • OMG...this is a great video. I rented it from the library, and I was sweat ing from head 2 toe after the first work out session. I am to have to get the rest of the series.
