Totally agree. Its amazing its taken so long to get a Hatfield Member of Parliament behind this. No doubt Hatfield Town Council will claim they have a charter going back to the 18th Century or thereabouts, but we used to burn people then too, and cock fight..... Time to remove this anomaly.
