I'm telling you I do know it's not true. BUNGIE said it isn't. We have had this bullshit going on in the forums at Bungie for 2 years. The have repeatedly told us that there is no way to get it other than from them. And more recently, by getting all of the vidmaster achievements and purchasing their next game, Halo ODST, and getting the vidmaster achivements on that game as well. Those are the only two ways to get the achivements.

It is supposed to say "Recon Armor Achievement" but if you look closely you can notice that it has only 2 words in it not 3. And when you grab a real achievement-wining skull, the achievement itself appears instantly, and this one takes a few secs.

Honestly, I do not know how they managed to make the achievement appear, but i know that they tricked most of you making you believe that tis legit
