You don't need 6 tasen to get the supercharge. You can have 6 kick and kick the red tasen guy down from the floor above and then let him blow up the door with his rocket launcher. He'll grab health upgrades to heal himself so you don't have to worry about killing him.

Which version do you have? In the newest version, I'm pretty sure the creator put screen blocking in to prevent doing that.

Actually the Poster Secret doesnt -require- 4 Strength..rather it requires you have the rocket launcher (tasen 6). Fire the rocket at the explosive barrel then jump onto the ledge the soldier is on from the boxes (provided you -didn't- break them. This is useful if you dont want to suffer 2hp of damage for the total score of the game. =)

I'm fairly certain you can't quite jump back up to the ledge even with the boxes intact.

An alternative way, and which is a 'so simple once you realise it' option is to blow up the explosive barrel then just blow yourself up and thus appear back at the respawn point a few corridors back. Then you can just leisurely walk back down to the opened room.

You can jump back up to the ledge from the boxes. That's what i did the first time i found the 2nd poster.

While using the checkpoint is another way, it's not good if you're also trying to go for a no/low damage playthrough.

But yes, it -is- very possible to jump to the ledge above the boxes and just walk and drop to the hole you made.

Or you can just shoot it with the machine gun guys. Simple and easy.

yea I used it to get the number 2 poster on first playtrough. Quite easy.
