Thanks for the comments. I usually use FL Studio to do most of the work; the beats are usually taken from Reason which are then imported and re arranged around the track. Sometimes the pads are from Reason too but I only use FL to tweak and modify certain sounds to add echoes and effects then finalise the song in there.
