  • FUCK ERITREA : we from ethiopia are the best so dont talk shit

eritrea people are olny bitsches for his president

  • i got goosebumps yo

  • hey you are a good singer, ur talented i admire you, but please fix the word habesha we r first Eritreans not habesha, the word habesha can go to hell, we fought our Enemy for 30 years plus to call our selves Eritreans not habesha. The bloody word habesha is just another common name of mixed pplof semetic and kushtic plus hametic. there is no single word in ur song which mentions the word Eritrea. back to me

  • keep it up ....lyrical content is beyond....

  • Well done guys,You guys should come to London

  • Good song but the video makes it seem as if "habesha" is only in Eritrea, when in reality their are more habeshas in Ethiopia.

  • @WupeViasco

Eritreans use the word "habesha" when they are talking about themselves. It has nothing to do with Ethiopia. But for your information, there is no such thing as a habesha people or language. Cami is an Eri rapper, "habesha" is more of a catchy thing to say for the song nonetheless he is talking about Eritrean people only, sorry dude.

  • @TheEritrean

    How do you know?

Yet Habeshas in Eritrea and Habeshas in Ethiopia are exactly the same?

If he wants to represent Eritrea, then he shouldent use terms like "Habesha", B/C Habesha isnt an exclusive Eritrean term. Its more common in Ethiopia.

  • @WupeViasco He mentions his country several times in the song. What the hell is the same? Nothing in this world is the same, not even identical twins. This guy is Eritrean he uses the term Habesha it is exclusively used for his people. Why would it include you Ethiopians? You didn't raise him. Habesha is catchy a term. You folks say Abesha anyway because you don't know how to pronounce the H sound. Either way you're on an Eritrean video, now poof be gone.

  • @TheEritrean

No he doesn't. He never mentions 'Eritrea', if it wasn't for research one would assume he was Ethiopian.

Please tell me one thing that is culturally different from Semitic speaking Ethiopians and Semitic speaking Eritreans?

I know he is Eritrean, but he shouldent use terms like Habesha if he wants to represent Eritrea, for all we know he could be addressing Habesha people aside from national identity.

What we cannot pronounce 'H? LOL

I have the right to be here, it is youtube

  • @WupeViasco language is langauge even a monkey can learn some English words after a few sessions. Ethiopians cannot pronounce the letter "H". There is no strong H sound in the Amharic language. You say ABESHA. You can have the right to post but we don't value your input.

  • @TheEritrean

    [...Sighs...]

    Ethiopians cannot pronounce 'H'? Really?

Yet there are Ethiopians names and words with 'H', like Helen and Hasab, do we pronounce 'Helen' as Elen' then?

Do you even speak Amharic? Were is this coming from? Do I need to list the Amharic words that start with 'H'?

Sure we pronounce 'Habesha' as 'Abesha', but that doesn't mean the entitlement of Habesha belongs to Eritreans and Tirgrays alone, just b/c you assume we cannot pronounce 'H', doesn't prove anything.

  • @WupeViasco Helen is a Biblical name not an Ethiopian name. There is no H sound in the Amharic language bro....get a clue. Being half Indian shouldn't make you this ignorant. I don't care if you call yourself Habesha. I couldn't care less about your people. Your Ethiopian mother is Amhara and before that her ancestors spoke either Agaw or Oromo you pick.

  • @TheEritrean

So what? You claimed there is no 'H' in Amharic? Yet the word "hasab" (which is not a name) is in Amharic with an H.

LOL [..Sighs..], you tell me to get a clue? Your the Eritrean Shabia who doesn't speak a word of Amharic yet you want to educate me on my own language, pathetic...

What does me being have Indian have to do with anything? Are you going to now tell me their is not 'H' in Hindi?

Amharas decend from the stock of Axum and Arab migrants buddy, you get a clue.... buddy

  • @WupeViasco there is no prounced H sound in the Amharic language. Somebody's name can be spelled Sherrod but be pronounced as Sher-ROD. And get real "bro" you don't speak Amharic. The only thing you know about Ethiopia is likely from eating at your favorite Ethiopian restaurants where they tell you about the fake Ethiopian kings. Amharas don't descend from Axum because there were no Amharas during that period and secondly the migrants that came to Aksum did not speak Arabic. Find a new lie.

  • @TheEritrean

    [..Sighs..]

You have obligated me to finally list all the words that have an "H" in Amharic to furthermore prove my point

Hasab = to think, Habtam = wealthy, Hiwot = life, Hibiret = group, Hitsanat = child, Hagere = country

Have I proven my point to yet? LOL, you make irrelevant references with American names! FAIL.

LOL, How do you know I don't speak Amharic? I am 1/2 Ethiopian, I have lived in Ethiopia for 2 years, dont lecture me on my own people buddy!

  • @TheEritrean

LOL Do you even understand the origins of both "Tigray" people and "Amhara" people? Not to mention the origins of the languages?

Both Tigrinya and Amharic descends from the older Ethiopian langauge of Ge'ez.

After the collapse of the Axum empire, people traveld to modern day Gonder, Gojam, Wello, and Harar. Forming the Amhara ethnic group.

LOL, Amharas decend from Sabean Yemeni migrants, just b/c they dont speak Arabic doesn't mean they are not Arab. FAIL!

  • @WupeViasco You're dumb...and that's where I end it. Keep thinking you are "semitic" with your dark skin and nappy hair.

  • @TheEritrean

You said Amharic doesn't have an "H" sound? The number two in Amharic is pronounced "Hoo let". Your Eritrean so of course you don't speak Amharic but you shouldn't say ignorant stuff like that.

  • @206amar1 There is no real strong "H" sound in your language. You use the "A" sound mostly. What are you doing on an Eritrean video anyway? You Ethiopians need to get a life.

  • @TheEritrean

hahahaha I showed you proof there is an "H" sound in the Amharic language. I understand this is an Eritrean video but is it bad if non-Eritreans listen to Eritrean music? Also Cami should've used the word "Eritrea" instead of Habesha, because Habesha includes Amhara, Tigray, and Gurage people. But if he wanted to exculisively talk about Eritrea it should've said "Cami-Eritrea".

  • @206amar1 You don't have an H sound in your language. As I've said before Habesha is not a widely used term by Eritreans but if we use it we are referring to ourselves. We don't see your kind as Habesha. Just people who adopted some of our culture. You are originally Agaw people.

  • @TheEritrean

Actually the Semetic languages are; Arabic, Hebrew, Amharic, Tigringa, and Gurage. Amharic comes from the ancient language of Geez along with Tigringa. To be honest you Eritreans were forced to adopt to Tigray-Tigringa culture after the Atse Yohaness IV and Ras Alula after they kicked the Egyptians out of Eritrea.

  • @206amar1 Yes and the sky is made out of lemonade.

  • @TheEritrean

Wow, sarcasm shows that you know you are wrong and you give up. Also I'd like to make it clear that the Agaw people traveled & settled along the highlands of the Tigray and Amhara regions. How can such a small ethnic group form up a large ethnic group like the Amharas?

Again, you make yourself look like a moron.

  • @TheEritrean

You were un able to address my comment fully with no clarification, furthermore showing your failure.

    Thank you Shabia.

  • Comment removed

  • @WupeViasco

My bad bro, yes we Habesha are Semetic speakers. This fool named "TheEritrean" claimed there is no "H" sound in the Amharic language, and when I show him proof he fails to respond to my proof and instead calls Amharas "Agaw" people who adopted Tigray-Tigringa culture which is irrelevant to the topic.

Oh well, I guess he's just another Shabia idiot.

  • @206amar1

    So true.

  • @WupeViasco

My God, this guy is sooooo dumb. Have you heard of the Agaw people? They are people who long ago settled in the Tigray and Amhara highlands and this funny ass guy "TheEritrean" claims they made up the Amhara ethnic group. How can such a small ethnic group make a big ethnic group such as the Amhara?

  • @206amar1

AGAMES,,, BLEEDING THEIR HEART OUT ALL OVER ERITREAN SITES !!!

Too bad, YOUTUBE does not have PRESCRIPTIONS for Agames deep seated ethnic Inferiority complex.

  • @206amar1

    Nega-Agame,

Did you ask,,,, "How can such a small ethnic group make a big ethnic group such as the Amhara"?

    It's easy,,,

    1. The very FEW humans who ORIGINATED in Africa, blossomed to BILLIONS of people all over the world.

    2. The very FEW Europeans who migrated to AMERICA, REPRODUCED many more PEOPLE to EXPAND all over North & South America.

Do yo want me to keep LISTING all human creeds REPRODUCED from very FEW human creed, to criss-cross lands, nations, continents & oceans?

  • @WupeViasco

Dude, Amharas aren't Arab, I don't know where you heard that from. Axum was an AFRICAN civilization that ruled North Ethiopia and Eritrea. But your right about Tigray and Amhara people decending from the Axumite civilization and how Tigringa and Amharic come from Geez.

  • @206amar1 Amharic comes from the language Agew. You don't know who the Axumites were, do you have pictures of them? You are just blacks who adopted their culture. Agaw+Oromo= Amhara people.

  • @206amar1

I know they are not Arabs nor did I say they were Arab, but they do have Semitic Ancestry.

It was a product of both African and a back migration Semitic migrants.

  • anybody know the sample, i know it's a tigrinya song heard it before but never knew the name of it.

  • mikielhagos, the term habesha is very widely used. It may be called ambiguous, which it is, and more people are starting to disagree with its usage for that reason; BUT it is used commonly among Eritreans to identify other Eritreans.
