personally I don't see what the problem is. The dog just figured the car to be a oversized chew toy. If he was human aggressive he would have attacked when they tried to pepper him or they tried to taser him.
Dog's are Man's Best Friend and the Police and the Government are our Worst Enemy so maybe he was just acting on Good Faith and Instinct......They should let him go, no harm was done, it's just a cop car, he paid for his crime in entertainment value alone, the Associated Press should give the dog royalties.....
The cops were burglarizing the place and ran to tho their cars, They thought it was a crack house. The other explanation is they were playing chicken with the cars and blamed it on the dog. Poor dog better not be harmed for doing his job!
