That back kibble is killer. But it comes off really, really easy. Just remove two screws that secure the gigantic back piece to his pseudo dashboard, and pull it off. Of course, then you're left with the dashboard still kinda just... 'There.'

I think someone else might have said this, but I believe there are two spike thingies that can flip out from either side of his abdomen, like on the deluxe. I don't have the figure myself, but this is what I've heard.

It's the standard GaoGaiGar and Dividing Driver by Aoshima. I have another of Star GaoGaiGar with the Gatling Driver but it's about the same aside from Stealth Gao II and the Driver, I might be selling it.

I don't think I'll pick up this guy, I prefer the deluxe version for several reasons. In fact the only improvement I see in this one is that his battle masked head sculpt is a bit better and that's it.

The hydraulics in the knees can be easily and manually disabled. Just take the loop the hydraulics stay in, press it up and rotate the hydraulic down to the fit. It vastly improves his knee articulation.
