@neochiken That statement makes me seriously doubt that you know the jist of the Battle Network games, the 'robots' are .EXE programs, they can't interact in the real world, and the number of robots(like Reploids) are minimal it is all computers and advanced technology. That and none of the human characters got killed upfront, nor did you hear of anyone dying due to direct intervention of the robots it was usually the WWE or something using their programs to scew up a power plant or something.
Wily's and Light's creations are powerful enough that you rarely (or never) see humans fighting them directly. Humans rely on other machines to fight them, like Megaman, X, Zero, Reploids, etc.
Since Eggman's bots can be destroyed by a small mammal, I'd say that makes Wily the clear winner.

I found a downloadable version on the net someplace. Do a search for Rockman 20th Anniversary Rock Album. Also got the rock version of several of the Mega Man opening themes from it, including #'s 3 & 2, which are the best :P
Due to Most infomation, MM9 is so large and some bosses are too much detailed/large that would be Impossible to play it on a simpe Nes,
and Its not just going for the Wiiware, its going to downable in Xbox live I think what its called but I don't own an Xbox360, but its coming for both.
Considering all the extra features, downloadable mainly, it couldn't be.
Much like Maria mentioned, it couldn't be played on an NES because, while Capcom did limit themselves, they did take advantage of a few current gen things in order to improve the quality somewhat.

I'd hardly qualify Sonic as normal... plus, eggman is merely Robotnik in a slump.
On the whole I'd say Wily is the more likely to win, but not by as clear a margin as you make it out to be.
