  • I have been searching for a nice active recovery routine for my off/rest days. The routine felt great, and pushed my hr to a nice level of about %63 of VO2 max bpm. From the research I have conducted, a nice zone is between %60 - %75 of vo2 max bpm for any active recovery routine. Great detailed instruction... Thanks for the upload

  • I've been working out in my home for about 2 years, without any instruction, gathering any knowleadge i could from the net. I checked many workouts, methods and techniques (especially for strength training) but pavel's mathods work the best for me.
