I have been searching for a nice active recovery routine for my off/rest days. The routine felt great, and pushed my hr to a nice level of about %63 of VO2 max bpm. From the research I have conducted, a nice zone is between %60 - %75 of vo2 max bpm for any active recovery routine. Great detailed instruction... Thanks for the upload
Hey reali nice vid.. Im a baseball player, and i think your routine is perfect for athletes trying to gain flexibility... with that said do u have any more similar routines, just to avoid doing the same thing over and over?.. thanks
I really enjoy your videos. I would like to see more of them if you do have the time to produce anymore. Certainly more of the heavier work outs and maybe some cardiovascular exercising.
I've been working out in my home for about 2 years, without any instruction, gathering any knowleadge i could from the net. I checked many workouts, methods and techniques (especially for strength training) but pavel's mathods work the best for me.
Awesome vids. Looks like he really knows what hes doing and great at explaining each workout.

Mucho gracias for the dive-bomber push-ups intro. Absolutely love the stretch in the lower back!

Again great video. I agree with all the positive comments below. Especially the one where it mentions speaking clear and concise.
