Thanks Fred, apparentlty training slow is also no good for size and strength too, hmmm @ I guess 242lbs bodyweight is not good enough then...!! I agree when watching the video myself to the onlooker it looks like I'm probably not doing anything special, even when i hit failure, but that 3rd rep was as hard as hell, and a 4th wasn't happening....
Excellent form big guy! But don't you know training slow will make you slow? ;) The thing with slow rep training is it looks like you are not doing anything tough when as you and I know it as tough as all get out!
