Nice video. But one thing I have to say: if you see this in slowmotion like now, the keeper did a terrible job keeping. Maradonna's solo is impressive but the keeper should have conquered the ball. I mean: beautiful move of Maradonna to defeat the keeper but would maradonna have had a chance of scoring if the keeper didnt come out of his goal OR had not attacked the ball with his feet? Though Maradonna then could have crossed the ball if he had seen the striker in front of goal.

@Superpiair1 look at the video from behind the goal posts..you will see that maradona rolled the ball to his right with his left foot (like zidane used to do) and this tricked peter shilton into attacking the ball as he thought maradona was going to shoot

hello I am Italian. Unfortunately I have never seen Maradona play because I'am only 21, but most who have lived in the Italian Serie A would say it was worth paying the ticket of Napoli (even if you are not fans) to go to see him play. xD He is the god of football!

Maradona is still the only player to win the World Cup basically by himself.
Pele was always part of fantastic Brazilian teams that could win without him (they won it easily in 1962 despite losing him to injury early in the competition)
Argentina needed a late goal in their final match to qualify for the World Cup and they were not among the top 5 favorites. They were an average defensive-minded team with ONE exceptional player. That formula never works but somehow he pulled it off.
