the only real problem i saw in this video is that he wasnt always contolling his abs, but other than that hes perfect

Rusty never wins because he always comes in soft which always takes away from the creative art of posing. I don't understand why he won't or doesn't want to drop those extra 10 pounds to get ripped. It would really compliment is posing. So Rusty, lets do it.

@MuscleDelight yeah his a bit soft, his best conditioning I think was at the 2007 Ironman.
