Deschutes is one of my favorite breweries (one of Oregon's many fine breweries). Black Butte is outstanding, but my favorite offering of theirs are their seasonal IPAs. Good stuff. Good review.

Nice middle eastern music. A very complete review. I may order this on if I come up with the cash. Looking forward to your beer mail video of the beers that I sent you. Sometimes with hight ABV beers, the alocohol gives off a fruity note, so that might be what you were tasting, Especially when aged in whisky barrels. I'm looking forward to Goose Island Bourbon County Stout (look it up bro). Cheers!

It is a very special batch. They made a batch last year which was the XX (20). If you order this one just keep in mind it doesn't fully mature until October 2010. So if you open it early like I did it is good to know it isn't fully matured.
