I figured out how to do that. You need a flexible woman, then you get a pair of fake legs and put the same trousers on that she has while she squashes up in the front half. Another way is using 2 assistance. Very clever trick though XD

Don't you see that the girl in the box is a lifesize doll when he walks between the two boxes? You don't see "the girl" moving at all. Then the camera cuts to her smiling afterwards. But no moving while he walks between. Simple camera angle and editing is the magic trick.

There are two girls. The invisible one is of short height and great flexibility. One tucks here legs in (The one we see) and the other whose legs are seen tucks in her upper torso in the box.
