i just want to say i have been attending zumba for a couple months and i absolutely love it but if you want to see a good class u need to come to terre haute at the physical therapy and pilates studio... the instructors are in such good shape and really know what they are doing...by far the best that i have seen from these videos on here

i've seen some best shape type of ppl, but can't teach or dance! and i've seen some folks not so in shape, but can make the slim, athletic type of folks sweat and also can tell they're not so coordinated! different strokes for different folks!

i think cruiseman means that there are people who are in GREAT shape but they can't lead and don't have rhythm, and he has also seen those who are not skinny or athletic and they can lean AND move! and they get others moving. and that the bigger guys can make the thin ones move and sweat, not so sure about that last coordinated part...but i am pretty sure that is what he was saying.

anyway...the guy in this video is having fun, the people in the class are having fun, and theyre moving. great!!

some kickboxing instructor said the zumba it's for a fat people, that makes me really mad , because i think zumba it's for everybody , it's a really fun way to burn calories , and ins't importanta how your instructor looks it's how he makes you workout, thanks zumba!!!

i think i'd be more confident following an instructor who was in shape... and half of them can't see what he's doing because his back is to them. i can't tell if the studio has mirrors showing them his moves, but the lady behind him to the left looks like she's not following.

I get what you're saying and your comments are accurate. If you're interested in Zumba, and want to find an instructor who fits your vision of what a Zumba person should look like then - go for it! Find a local instructor that you are confident with or get the DVDs.

Everyone has to start out somewhere. Ceasara doesn't have washboard abs like Beto, so what? Watching C's videos on you tube made me want to try it because it's about FUN and not perfection. Zumba really is approachable for everyone.

i just want to say i attend zumba classes 3 days a week and love it and to your comment about his back being to them its best that way so you can follow them in every move they do and the girl that is behind him not following him isnt because of him its her.. she just obviously cant follow along... she is right behind him and can see everything he does

I've taken Zumba for a few years and the reason the instructor has his back to the crowd is so that they can learn the moves easier. It's much harder to follow when he faces you because you have to remember he is your mirror image. Once you learn the moves then it's easier to follow him when he faces you. Zumba is GREAT and a wonderful, fun, awesome workout.

he needs to have his back towards them that way they can see exactly what the moves are... if he was facing you then you wouldnt be able to follow very well...the reason the lady isnt following him well isnt his fault..
