What reason would one have to point out a perspective of the African people being lazy and uncivilized, etc...unless it was to provoke a negative response? I gave you what you had reason to expect. I agree with the belief in human consciousness. I believe that human conscious evolved out of a first cause of reactive action. What caused this reaction was necessity. Nothing could not exist. I do not believe in a 'God' that punishes. I believe that destructive actions cause destructive results. I believe that human consciousness has had to learn this lesson. I believe that existence is creative, and that it can even create ways in which it can cause less destruction to occur.

If you want to live world where people are good and loving, do not think of any people as being bad as human beings, just teach them which behaviors are good and reward them with affection when they do behave the way they should.
