1. make longer videos like the other person stated. make your videos like 3 mins long at the most.
2. come up with a way to make your videos entertaining. like "question of the day" or somthing.
3. cover more then 1 topic, i agree. like cover today's news. no more "re" vids. you should try to act out news to be funny.
4. you need a intro. i think you should make it more like "tj walkers news show" where you cover recent news. make your videos like a tv show kinda.

Suggestions for youtube videos:
1. Try to make videos longer. Cover more that one topic in one video. (This would be easier on the subscribers so we don't get flooded in our subscription box)
2. And yes, HD camera would be better than a webcam.
3. Maybe you should take suggestions from the subscribers on what topics you should do (when you get more subscriptions.)
