4:05 - looks like he's asking a question, makes an accusatory statement. Are you looking for an answer or trying to sideswipe people? Even your own text starts phrased as a question and ends with a period. What was said after the cut? Why didn't you finish?

Seriously - the way you just railroad him and don't let him get a word in edgewise all while being confrontational and belligerent is really the best way to get a straight and legitimate answer to your questions.
