Ah!! Love this! Oh man, what was that you did with your foot after the one legged hooping? It's like you grabbed it with your other foot and kept going...was that a mistake or intentional?? It looked incredible! SO wish I could have gone to Flow. I guess I'll have to settle for watching videos. :)
