Oh my god I was just watching the newest "Chicken Little" and when he is singing this i wanted to hear it and the version played in the movie is the same as the one in the claymation!!! It was so weird!!

its good, some of it looks slightly off, and some of the sounds don't seems to fit in with the movments, but all in all it was very good.

i couldn't ever produce somthing like this.

you need to make the shapes of the mouth happen before the actual word, they are happening right on the word, which is what i did when i started. if you look at someone talking, we move our mouths into the appropriate shape before the words come out, take this into consideration when u r lip syncing, good start for a first try though.
