  • This movie speaks to me as a geek turning 30 just like Eric McCormack's character.

  • @PatrickStewartTNG well clever saying.

  • Go Shatner!! Go!!!

  • @ssalcyxalag I know that. So was my comment.

  • @ssalcyxalag Are the colorful metaphors really necessary?

  • I think Shatner might have done a little too much LDS in the 60s

  • @PatrickStewartTNG second that.

  • Holy s!@/ he just rapped a scene from Julius caesar by Shakespeare. Bill never ceases to amaze me by his guts

  • woah, what the fuck.

  • omg this is just sad and funny for just a lit

  • Awesome!

  • OMG they brought back the little person from the episode 'Plato's Stepchildren.' LOL!!! Perfect!!!

  • Absolutely brilliant. Shatner's best musical endeavor yet. This is at the end of the movie "Free Enterprise". If you're a sci-fi & star trek fan, you'll get a kick out of it.

  • ROFLMAO!!!! Maybe it should always be taught like this!

  • "Honerable men!"

  • hahah the black dude with the braids has trouble breathing when he's rapping lol...greatest scene ever...

  • The great thing is that people get on him for his 1960s album but this is the same thing he was doing then, updating classics to a new art form to reach new people. He adapted to this one quick and with no problems either. Amazing.

Shatner is one of the most underrated talents out there. His run on Boston Legal was amazing, and had tons of range.

  • This is the closing scene in a neat little film called "Free Enterprise".

Thanks for reminding me of it!

  • Hahahahahaha

  • Holy shit, this is awesome.

  • Great movie!

  • Wow! he's cool enough to Captain a starship and hang out with black people??

  • He kissed a black people once, remember? Was the first black people/white people kiss on American television, you know.

  • he's kissed green people, clearly he's not prejudice against ANY color.

  • I can't tell if I'm amused or scared... I definitely never saw this coming, haha.

  • What in the fuck have I just seen?

  • take it up with the vulcans

  • WTF IS THIS. Shatner + Rap + Shakespeare = something that would never make sense, even in context.

  • what movie was this from.

  • Free Enterprise

  • >bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>bug>

  • Shatners my fav he can do no wrong :)

  • that was odd

  • ahaha sempre agghiacciate Shatner quando canta:)

  • It's a scene from the movie "free Enterprise". That movie is about two Trekkies who meet William Shatner in a book store. This meeting is a disapointment for them but it changes their lives. Shatner plays himself in this movie with a lot of self-critisism. I like the movie very much.

  • the movie is called free enterprise

  • Haha... what the hell is this from? I love it!

  • lol tight....

  • Yeah Bill!

  • LOL! I don't give a damn if some of the stuff he did on Star Trek was awfully cheesy, THIS GUY IS A GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hahahaha! Oh, my! This has got to be the best thing i've seen...EVER!

  • You guys know what movie this is from right? it's called Free Enterprise, which is an awesome movie.

  • Et tu, ihatem1cro5oft? :)

Best. Shatner. Parody. Ever! Only himself could do that, that well!

  • the worst interpretation of shakespeare's julius ceasar ever, lolz

  • lol its so awful!

  • You know what? This man is reeeeally talented. In a very weird kind of way... DENNY CRANE!

  • he is speaking lines from Julius Ceaser Act 3

  • i feel so bad for him... his last name has the word shat in it.

but it would be sadder if his last name was shattered; think about it... shat-turd

  • This is FABULOUS! "Free Enterprise" is one of my favorite movies!

  • wow

  • God amongst insects....!

  • Shat's crazy. I have so much cracktastic love for the man. XD

  • fantastic he should be in every school across the world rapping history hahaha hail the shatner

  • tears t t t t t tt tears

  • Beware the ides of march!!

  • The Shat rules!

  • This is so bad it is ingenious again. WTF was he thinking... was he thinking? But funny one way or the other...

  • A spoken word rap about shakespeare! Only Shatner could have pulled this off.

  • Shatner is my Homie.

  • I'd rate this clip but I can't give it a negative score.

  • What movie is this in? I just saw the end on Showtime

  • Free Enterprise

  • The Shatmeister does it again !!!

Check out the Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds cartoon.. fab !!

  • this is ingenious!

  • shat is the sh*t

  • Brilliant! Love it! Hilarious!

  • i wonder which ass hole decided to make a rap video with some washed up rapper that has asthma and william shatner

  • lol William Shatner is always sending himself up!! This is funny!

  • D: ?!

  • this is quite honestly one of the most random things i've ever watched O_o

  • Shatner sure is glad he kissed Uhura 30 years back while he was dancing in a room full of gangstas and rappers!

  • spoken word =/= rap

  • Where is this clip from

  • much better than k-fed.

  • What is this from?

  • It is music, but not as we know it, Jim

  • Painfully funneh XD

  • Gotta love Free Enterprise. :D

  • this is the best thing ever

  • Shatner is a good rapper. Better than John Cena.

  • Bill Shatner is just GREAT!!! It's a funny clip but close your eyes and listen to Shatners brilliant voice...

  • This has to be seen kinda in-context... It's a great clip, but follows a film which utterly lambastes him... so it's *not* serious ;)

  • WTFeh? That was so werid but awesome William will never lose his sense of humour lol :D

  • Oh my god, I was just surfing on youtube and this comes up.

I have to memorize all of Antony's speech (well the first part) for English...How weird...

  • whawhawha?

  • What in the fuck, was that?

  • brill, for the real thing though, check out the Star Trek Shakespeare clip..even weirder and funnier...

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXqYGANqh2M

  • It's from the movie "Free Enterprise", made in 1998.

The movie is available on DVD and video, and you can watch the trailer on the imdb entry for the movie.

It's available from Amazon and Shatner even sells it on his website, www.WilliamShatner.com.

  • what the hell is goin on? very funny anyway lol

  • This is great, what is it from?

  • its like shatner meets dr. dre

  • I love Shatner.

  • ive seen it all now haha this is so funny.

  • I always knew trekkies were the life of the party-right.

  • This is horrible

  • Tiberius

  • Yeah, Shatner's a pretty cool guy overall. His version of Lucy In The Sky is possibly the most imaginative and emotional. I've always wondered what the "T" is for. You know? James T Kirk?

    This is a funny video.

  • This is great. I think Shatner's skit on saturday night live was genius. I've met Shatner - he's a real down-to-Earth guy and his witty personality and laid back disposition is contributed to his ability to tease himeself.

  • Que coisa nojenta, puta que pariu....¬¬

  • I love dis shizzle. I've been trying to explain to my English students and my stodgy friends alike that rap is poetry...and this will drive it home. Thank you. I still have a paperback with Shatner as "Luteboy" to Lorne Greene's Ceasar.
