when playing some chords my pointer finger has a tendency to stick up. i know this is a bad habit, but do you have any suggestions on how to break it??

Could u explain what is major and minor? what is the difference ?

@mariakas13 Major is "happy" Minor is "sad". The difference is the middle not thats either 2 or 3 halftones away.

so why isn't ther a "B" major & minor ?

Once you know the major chord just lower the 3rd a half tone to get the minor chord. No further counting required. :o)

So that is what major and Minor mean...LOL very interesting. I've been wanting to know that for the longest time you know. I haven't quite taken it into account yet but I will very soon. I'm just understanding what a flat and sharp is. I'm pretty sure I have full understanding on that now, Thanks.
